A delicious and creamy kale pineapple smoothie with banana and greek yogurt. Packed with healthful protein, nutrients, and will keep you complete for hours!

Components:

    2 cups gently packed chopped kale leaves, stems removed
    three/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any milk you want)
    1 frozen medium banana, reduce into chunks
    1/four cup undeniable non-fats greek yogurt
    1/4 cup frozen pineapple portions
    2 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
    1 to a few teaspoons honey, to flavor

Guidelines:
