 PAKISTANI RICE WITH PEAS


Matter pilau is pakistan's favourite recipe specially in kids it is very much popular and all kids love to eat mattar pilau,rice with green peas.I am not going to waste your time let's go to the yummy recipe.


Elements:

1/4 cup oil
2 medium onions, sliced
3 tsp cumin seeds
9 whole cloves
1 small stick cinnamon
1/2 cups frozen peas
3 cups white basmati rice (wash and soak for 1/2 an hr before the usage of)
3.5 tsp salt, or to flavor.

DIRECTIONS:
In a pot, warmness up the oil and upload the sliced onions. when they emerge as golden, add the cumin seeds, cloves and cinnamon stick. hold to fry the onions until they come to be a very dark brown.

LIKE THIS:


ADD 1/2 CUP PEAS AND COOK UNTIL DEFROST LIKE THIS 


add basmati rice,salt & water in it.
cook on high flame, until water has dried out,stir once or twice with slotted spoon.


as soon as the water has dried out, turn the heat to the bottom placing viable, cowl the pot and allow the rice to steam for 15 mins. permit the rice to sit for 10-15 mins before serving.
