This recipe method you could make a ginger sponge-cake, from scratch in five minutes.
This became delicious, if not a little too sweet for my taste. i would attempt with a bit much less sugar subsequent time.
Elements:
four tablespoons self-raising flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1 large egg, overwhelmed
3 tablespoons milk
three tablespoons oil (canola)
a small splash of vanilla extract
a small splash of ginger extract or half of teaspoon ginger powder
1 massive espresso mug.

Approach:
upload all the dry ingredients and mix nicely, you may do this inside the mug, even though it is probable simpler to mix in a bowl
upload the beaten egg, milk and oil and blend nicely
upload the ginger and vanilla extract and blend well
pour into a mug and microwave for three mins on complete strength (a thousand watt microwave)
allow to chill a little - microwaved meals can get dangerously warm!
Serving Guidelines:
consume directly from the mug with a spoon or tip it out on to a plate in case you're posh!
TIP:
The use of a bowl instead of a mug, makes the smooth-up process a bit less difficult even if the overall effect isn't pretty as dramatic.
