GUR PAPRI RECIPE

Gur Papri is a totally popular and an old-fashioned recipe.Its form of candy bars which might be full of goodness and aroma of desi ghee, inexperienced cardamoms,fennel seeds, coconut and jaggery. popular mithai(SWEET)theuseof wheat flour and jaggery.


substances:
ghee 200g
gum/gond 50g
wheat flour 200g
cardamom powder 1 tsp
fennel seed powder 1 tsp
poppy seed 50g
fennel seed 1 tsp
coconut 2 tbsp
gur 200g
pistachio 2 tbsp
almond 2 tbsp

cooking instructions:
In a pan heat 100g ghee and fry gum and then chop in chopper.
add 100g ghee within the equal pan and add wheat flour, prepare dinner for 10 mins till modifications color and deliver aroma.
add the chopped gum and blend nicely, upload poppy seed, gur, fennel seed, cardamom powder, half of the almonds, pistachios and coconut. 
mix well and remove from range.        
take out in a dish or plate garnish with remaining almonds, pistachio, coconut and cut into rectangular pieces and serve.
